Order Changes

As each custom order enters production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours from the time your order is placed.

Production Time

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for the production of custom orders before shipment unless otherwise stated. Production times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand. If your order is required for a specific event or deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier service.

Returns & Exchanges

At Ride Every Stride, we take pride in creating premium products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Non-custom, regular-priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees may apply.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom, personalized, embroidered, engraved, sublimated, printed, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made by Ride Every Stride.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
